🌅 Early morning Consultancy Q&A | On one of the final mornings of 2023, we organized an early morning Q&A session together with a part of the board UniPartners Eindhoven at our Eindhoven office. UniPartners Eindhoven aims to solve innovative challenges within companies by students of the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TU/e). They enlist students to gain practical experience and apply and expand their knowledge to manage projects in the corporate world.

☕ After having our first coffee of the day together, the goal was to support the board on specific issues they face when managing projects for their team of student consultants.
Our consultants Joris and Renée addressed the boards’ questions offering practical insights, best practices, and shared some useful tools on project management that we developed and standardized within Bright Cape over the years.
